Mostly Work and Not Enough Play…

Anchorage in the Evening

…makes this a pretty boring blog. And much of the time, work is fascinating, inspiring, and a lot of fun, so I don’t mind if I’m mostly work… except that I’ve been behind on sharing all sorts of things I’m loving about Anchorage!

Saturday was a much needed play day:

  1. Brunch at the Sizzlin’ Cafe
  2. Pedicure (for the dog, not me… oh well)
  3. Quick trip to the Spenard Farmers Market
  4. Coffee, a tomato sandwich, and the tantalizing scent of baked goods at Fire Island Bakery
  5. Walk in the chilly air (winter is coming!)
  6. Perusal of the Her Tern sale
  7. Sleepy afternoon cuddle session with Grover
  8. Condo cleaning (okay, not really play, but it’s always fun when it’s done!)
  9. The Light Brigade with family and 2,000 (guesstimate) of my closest friends!!!

All in all, a pretty great Saturday.

I love Anchorage. I love what it is, what it's been, and what I dream it will be. I share my adventures with DJ (my husband), my fabulous family and friends, two frenchies named Grover and Teddy, and now, all of you. If you love Anchorage too, get in touch - guest posts are welcome!
