Perfect Brekkie

I haven’t used the term “brekkie” since I studied abroad in Australia.

My perfect* brekkie reminds me of Oz, probably because of the sausage and avacodo. Both were served at nearly every meal, and were far more palatable than vegemite, iceberg lettuce, odd tasting ketchup, and meat pies, which were also served at every meal.  Australian food service was not awesome.

This breakfast is at the ever-tasty Snow City Cafe.  Scrumptious components include:

  1. Coffee
  2. Fried egg
  3. 1/4 Avocado
  4. Reindeer sausage
  5. Hash browns with ketchup
  6. Whole wheat or multi-grain toast
  7. Sunshine

And most of all, good company!

*Perfect, not necessarily healthy!
